We work directly with the world's leading manufacturers—the same ones who produce for top global luxury brands—and remove the brand markup and middleman costs to pass the savings to you.

What is your return policy for home products?

We offer a 30-day return window for most unused home items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like opened bedding or used towels may not be eligible for return.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. We are working hard to expand our logistics network to more countries in the near future.

Are your textiles and linens OEKO-TEX certified?

Yes, the majority of our bedding and bath linens are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning they are tested for harmful substances and produced in environmentally friendly facilities.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for modifications. Please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing your order for the best chance of adjustment.
