Returns & Exchanges

At Italic, we stand behind the quality of our home essentials and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. We aim to make the process as seamless as our products, ensuring your home is filled only with pieces you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely repackage your items in their original Italic packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-10 business days.
